- Knowledgeable in International and local cuisine with high level of creativity.
- Adaptive to market enquiries with ability to handle the production.
- Must have full knowledge of sanitation requirements in food handling.
- Able to set priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Has good personality and attitude, always perform in professional manners.
- Able to work in a team and be a good team player.
- Technical education in hospitality or culinary school is preferred.
