Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare villa interiors, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and private pool deck, to Villa Umbrella’s exacting standards
- Replenish amenities, linens, and towels; monitor and report inventory levels to housekeeping supervisor
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks (window polishing, furniture dusting, tile scrubbing) on a scheduled rotation
- Respond swiftly to special guest requests—turndown service, extra bedding, or emergency clean-ups
- Collaborate with maintenance and concierge teams to resolve any villa issues or guest concerns
- Uphold safe handling and correct dilution of cleaning chemicals; maintain housekeeping equipment in good working order
- Adhere to Villa Umbrella’s policies on confidentiality, guest privacy, and 24-hour security protocols
