Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts or relevant hospitality field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen including at least 1 year in a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Proven track record in managing a kitchen section (e.g„ grill, sauté, pastry, cold kitchen).
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to prepare and present dishes according to standard and plating guidelines.
- Inventory and portion control awareness.
