1. Indonesia nasionallity only
2. have minimum 2 years experience in the same position in minimum 4 stars hotel
3. fluent in English, both in oral and written
4. highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
5. passionated, team player, have a can-do and winning attitude
6. experienced in using VHP syistem will be an advantage
