Job Description:
• Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries.
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relation.
• Has good knowledge of hotel information and Aston programs, rate structure, activities, product, housekeeping and front office tasks and procedures.
• To be available at all times to deliver service beyond expectation.
• Responsible for smooth check-in, check-out, posting all transactions and reporting
Job Requirements:
• Education minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 1 year experience in this field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well grooming
• A customer-oriented mindset
RESERVATION
Job Description:
• Handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input into the computer system.
• Maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone.
• Receives, processes and confirms all room reservations channeled through the efficiently and courteously.
Job Requirements:
• Education minimum Diploma
• A minimum of 1 year experience in this field
• Strong customer service skills, and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Strong computer skills and detail
