Job Description:
- Handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input into the computer system.
- Maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone.
- Receives, processes and confirms all room reservations channeled through the efficiently and courteously.
Job Requirements:
- Education minimum Diploma
- A minimum of 1 year experience in this field
- Strong customer service skills, and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Strong computer skills and detail
