Open Positions

We are seeking talented individuals to fill two key positions in our kitchen.

Senior Cook

As a Senior Cook, you will be a vital part of our kitchen leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
2. Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
3. Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Job Description:

1. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
2. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
3. Monitor food stock and kitchen supplies, and assist in placing orders.
4. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
5. Assist in menu planning and recipe development.

Cook

As a Cook, you will be at the heart of our kitchen operations, responsible for preparing delicious meals that delight our guests. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about cooking and eager to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
3. A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
4. Ability to work well in a team.
5. Hardworking and reliable.

Job Description:

1. Prepare ingredients and basic food items for cooking.
2. Cook dishes under the guidance of the Senior Cook and Head Chef.
3. Assist in plating and presenting dishes.
4. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
5. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
