1. Waiter / Waitress
Job Description
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders; ensure timely delivery and presentation
- Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and clear tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, stations, and restrooms
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee smooth service flow
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Excellent English-speaking skills for clear, engaging communication
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar front-of-house role
- Strong teamwork mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- Warm, attentive, and able to make each guest feel welcome
- Passion for plant-based cuisine and sustainable hospitality
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
2. Bartender / Barista
Job Description
- Craft signature coffee drinks, smoothies, kombuchas, and botanical mocktails
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and bar equipment with precision
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized bar area; monitor inventory levels
- Introduce guests to our unique plant-based beverage menu and pairings
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards for glassware, utensils, and workstations
- Partner with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Fluent English for explaining beverage ingredients and techniques
- At least 1 year of barista or bartender experience in a café or restaurant
- Solid latte art skills and familiarity with cocktail/mocktail preparation
- Creative flair, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn new recipes
- Positive demeanor, flexibility with shift schedules, and team spirit
- Genuine enthusiasm for plant-based drinks and mindful hospitality
