1. Waiter / Waitress

Job Description

1. Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials with enthusiasm
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders; ensure timely delivery and presentation
3. Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and clear tables promptly
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, stations, and restrooms
5. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee smooth service flow
6. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude

Qualifications

1. Excellent English-speaking skills for clear, engaging communication
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar front-of-house role
3. Strong teamwork mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
4. Warm, attentive, and able to make each guest feel welcome
5. Passion for plant-based cuisine and sustainable hospitality
6. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

2. Bartender / Barista

Job Description

1. Craft signature coffee drinks, smoothies, kombuchas, and botanical mocktails
2. Operate espresso machines, blenders, and bar equipment with precision
3. Maintain a well-stocked, organized bar area; monitor inventory levels
4. Introduce guests to our unique plant-based beverage menu and pairings
5. Uphold strict cleanliness standards for glassware, utensils, and workstations
6. Partner with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

1. Fluent English for explaining beverage ingredients and techniques
2. At least 1 year of barista or bartender experience in a café or restaurant
3. Solid latte art skills and familiarity with cocktail/mocktail preparation
4. Creative flair, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn new recipes
5. Positive demeanor, flexibility with shift schedules, and team spirit
6. Genuine enthusiasm for plant-based drinks and mindful hospitality
